​Pilates is a low-impact, full body work out that uses a series of precise movements to lengthen and strengthen the body, improving posture, balance, co-ordination, and flexibility. Pilates also helps to relieve stress and tension through mindful practice and controlled breathing techniques. It is beneficial for people of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes, and offers a safe form of exercise when recovering from injury, illness or surgery or if you are living with a long term health condition.

Why Origin Pilates?

Fully certified, classically trained Pilates instructor who is qualified to teach on both the mat and the equipment.

Maximum of 4 people per mat class to ensure individual attention and to help each client gain as much as possible from each class.


Pilates reformer, tower and spine corrector available for 1:1 sessions. 


A warm, welcoming environment.

A beautiful, peaceful studio located in the privacy of my garden on Lymington's lanes.

Please note, our studio is located on the first floor, so you need to be able to climb a flight of stairs to access it. If this is not an option for you, then please contact me and we can discuss other options for you.
