In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  introduced on 25th May 2018, Origin Pilates is obliged to provide a Privacy Policy to notify you of the information held about you and what your information is used for.  This privacy policy explains how any personal information collected about you is used when you use Origin Pilates services.

• Date of Birth

• Telephone Number - home / mobile

• Occupation

• Emergency contact details

• Email address

• Origin Pilates Enrolment Form – Including Medical History / Medication

How does Origin Pilates use this information:
Origin Pilates processes this information only as necessary for the legitimate interest of  Origin Pilates. See below:

• Contacting you should there be any changes to your classes, updates on current classes, updates on new classes, helpful information on Pilates practice.

• Your Enrolment form is kept on file for information should any medical need arise.

Sharing of your data
We will not share your data with any third party without your written consent.

How long do we keep your data for?
Documents are held for 5 years as a minimum.

Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information, please email the company owner Sally Salter at sally@originpilates.co.uk

Origin Pilates want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date.  
You may ask Origin Pilates to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. Please advise changes via email to sally@originpilates.co.uk
